A fully licensed attorney with a bachelor’s degree in Finance, Ricardo applies his vast knowledge of mortgage law, real estate law, contract law, and negotiations to benefit clients in their real estate transactions. During his eight-year Executive Management career at the island’s prestigious St. Regis Bahia Resort, Ricardo served as their onsite Luxury Broker and Rental Program Director, developing a strong proficiency in luxury development and the affluent lifestyle of Puerto Rico.
